We were referred to Joanne through one of our charity board members in 2021. They have been working with her since 2008 and she did a talk at their office. When we first met, we wanted to help our charity to grow the funds more so that we do not have to keep raising funds. She pulled out our investment mandate in the first meeting and she explained how we can improve it from just low risk fixed deposit instruments to potentially earning higher interest for our portfolios. We took her advice but it took us another 1 year to create an investment mandate together with her help. She patiently explained the macroeconomic conditions and how to grow the portfolio and created multiple pots for us to understand how to manage our cashflow better.
After she passed our selection criteria, she helped us to make more than six figures in the portfolio and we are thankful that we managed to get her help. We will continue to work with her to help transform more lives meaningfully.
