Prior to Lye Poh’s current role as Chief Operating Officer at Crownstreams Global Wealth Advisory, he served as Chief Financial and Operations Officer at IPP Financial Advisers Pte Ltd from 2021 to 2025, and earlier as Managing Director (Operations and Finance) from 2007 to 2018. During his tenure at IPPFA, he provided strategic leadership across business operations, finance, compliance, and performance management.

From 2018 to 2021, he played a pivotal role in establishing Infinitum Financial Advisory Pte Ltd during his time at NTUC Income Cooperative Limited, where he spearheaded business development strategies. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at American International Assurance Company and began his professional journey as a Research Analyst at the National University of Singapore.

He holds an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration (2nd Upper) from the National University of Singapore and is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), and an IBF Advanced (IBFA) designee for Financial Planning and Compliance by The Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore. Additionally, he has completed the ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance and is a Fellow of both the Financial Services Institute (FFSI) and the Life Management Institute (FLMI).
